Especially for the production of heavy-duty tires which are used for trucks, busses, agricultural equipment and off-road cars the requirements are huge. Tire cord made from DOMAMID^® is the excellent solution for high performance tires.

DOMAMID^® Nylon 6 is the excellent raw material for a lot of industrial yarn applications. Monofilaments based on DOMAMID^® are typically used for fishing nets or for the production of ropes. The excellent mechanical properties of DOMAMID^® standard grades can be extended for instance to add UV-resistance.
