Belle-Etoile/Saint-Fons
Located in Saint Fons in the Rhone valley south of Lyon (France), between the River Rhône and the A7 motorway, the Belle-Etoile site, whose ‘modern’ production started in 1952, employs about 600 people. Belle Etoile is an ‘upper tier’ Seveso site and is ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 50001 and ISO TS-16949 certified. Its 52 hectares include two continuous production units, which operate 24/7/365, and one semi-continuous unit, manufacturing ‘nylon salt’ and its intermediate hexamethylene diamine (HMDA) and polyamide polymers under the Stabamid® brand and engineered materials under the Technyl® brand*.
Highly committed to sustainable development, for several years the site, an active member of the ‘Association de Développement Durable de la Vallée de la Chimie’ (Chemical Valley Sustainable Development Association) and the ‘PDIE’ (Plan de Déplacement Inter Entreprise/Inter-company transportation plan), has pursued a policy of continuous progress aimed at maintaining a high level of safety and continually reducing the impact of its activity on the environment.

Valence
Since 1955, our Site in Valence (France) has been developing, producing and selling polyamide 6.6 fibers, used by many industries such as non-woven (abrasives, aeronautics), flooring (carpets), high performance textiles, flock (for upholstery, automotive and flooring) and other everyday consumer products.
The single production site for DOMO performance fibers activity, it offers a high level of added-value solutions based on polyamide 66 fibers (staple fibers, crimped tow & tow for flock). On its 13 hectares, over 130 employees work on our continuous PA6.6 polymerization lines and continuous PA 6.6 yarn production (spinning of polyamide 6.6 into filaments and drawing of textile filaments into tow). Valence is ISO 9001 and OEKOTEX certified.
