Key accountablities

  • Defining, measuring and optimizing the end-to-end processes for a particular HR service
  • Initiate the right supporting systems to make sure that effective and efficient HR process can operate on a high professional and innovative level
  • Partner with global teams to identify process and/or system enhancements to ensure that there is always continuous improvement and that it provides for a positive employee experience
  • Accountable for ensuring processes are efficient, globally aligned and effective
  •  Ensure that all documentation, communications, website information, etc. is always up to date and meaningful for both employees and managers

Qualifications and skills

  • Job related graduation and long-term experience in HR process implemantation 
  • Must be a results oriented “change agent” with the ability to successfully collaborate with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus for chosen solutions
  • Ability to think in terms of broader business implications, including tactical, strategic, and enterprise dependencies, with an awareness of the up/downstream requirements of HR
  • Understands HR processes and practices from an end-to-end perspective more specific in the areas of, but not restricted to competency management, performance management, talent management, succession planning and HRIS
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment with global partners across time zones or cultures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite and other program and project management tools
