Key tasks

  • Develop and lead the creation of the recruitment plan on a corporate level
  • Build networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and relationships with universities
  • Develop a plan on employer branding
  • Attend job fairs and other events to find qualified passive candidates
  • Relationship building with hiring managers and increase effective interviewing
  • Determine qualified applicants by screening resumes, interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying reference; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure information updated on the interview process status
  • Develop a strong onboarding strategy and starters follow-up
  • Implement, Manage and maintain candidate activity through an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Work with local Human Resources in creation of and maintaining the job descriptions, job grading and salary benchmarking

Your profile

  • Job related graduation and long-term experience in recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills, as the position frequently conducts interviews and maintains contact with applicants
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Well organized as deal with multiple candidates across a variety of job opening
  • Presents a professional and friendly appearance
  • Demonstrates time management skills and has a high level of motivation
