Your responsibilities

  • Develop, introduce, and implement a division-wide internal communications strategy (Multi-stakeholder communications for employee, change management and engagement projects).
  • Act as business partner for HR communications and provide support and advice for HR communication activities.
  • Issues management and crisis communications support including regular training organization.
  • Manage internal communication channels & platforms (Intranet, Newsletter) and maintain e-tools and online publishing.
  • Act as a Chief Editor for internal corporate communication (copywrite, review and validate articles and translations, draft, and shape messages to communicate internally).
  • Support to internal C-Suite communications (quarterly calls, announcements speeches preparation etc.) and
  • Support internal communication actions & events.
  • Develop and Manage analytics for internal channels & tools.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in communication or public relations or equivalent by experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in communications in a corporate/matrix organization.
  • Strong redactional/editorial experience and exposure to digital communication and content creation.
  • Proven success designing and executing internal communications strategies and campaigns.
  • Capability to develop effective and in time communication adapted to the different stakeholders, to crisis situations in compliance with the crisis management policy
  • Excellent language skills in English is a must; another language is a plus.
