Our ongoing commitment: Meeting our customers' needs

These are extraordinary times. The coronavirus crisis has shattered so many hearts around the world, and our thoughts are with those affected.

It has been more than a year now since the World Health Organization declared the COVID-19 outbreak a global pandemic. Since then, nurses, doctors and healthcare workers around the world have been on the front lines of the fight against coronavirus. They have all faced, and still face, massive challenges to treat and care for patients, and they continue bringing themselves into this enormous task - day in, and day out.

We have a responsibility to support the people and business processes that are vital to contain COVID-19 but also to maintain our collective well-being. As a manufacturer of raw materials and solutions behind technical applications, we must ensure our most critical needs are met - and it's our duty to meet the overwhelming demand for these and many other supplies.

Right now, there are known supply shortages in a variety of areas and with the safety of our employees as top priority – we use our best efforts to maximize the production output of our operations. DOMO remains fully committed to its customers and to continuing to supply to the value chain as much as we can, with a view to ensuring that customers and brand owners can manufacture and distribute their products.

While we follow all World Health Organization and respective government guidelines, we continue to run our daily operations to the best of our ability.
