CFP Flexible Packaging S.p.A. has updated its Quality and Environmental System

CFP has applied one year in advance the principles of the new Norms ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, introducing an approach based on the risk assessment. Its Integrated Management System Certification (Quality – Environment – Health & Safety – Innovation) has been reviewed by adapting all aspects related to Quality and Environment to the new 2015 edition, marked by the risk assessment approach (risk-based thinking). All factors potentially compromising the effectiveness of processes and Management System for Quality and Environment have been preliminarily identified and assessed.

It is one of the few cases already complying with the new ISO edition, although the regular deadline is 2018. During this update process the whole reference context has been analyzed in order to define both strategic and operational risks, being the basis for improvement plans.
This approach has been then integrated with our product and process innovation strategies and interactions with our stakeholders (suppliers and customers), representing an important driver for business growth.

The compliance of the system has been verified and certified following Audits conducted by Rina Services S.p.A., concurrently with the renewal of the outstanding certificates
