Becoming an industry leader

Our ambitious 2030 agenda

Our customers and suppliers share our passion for the future of our planet and demand solutions that contribute to a circular economy. This means a sustainable product life cycle that eliminates waste and ensures the continual safe use of natural resources. Manufacturers, consumers and recyclers all must work together to achieve this.

Our contribution to the UN sustainable development goals

Our commitments

Sustainability for us means innovation in product durability and recyclability. We are particularly proud of our TECHNYL® 4EARTH®, NYLEO 4EARTH and Circularise solutions, which are just three examples of the many products and services we offer our customers to help them on their own sustainability journey.

At the same time, our company is first and foremost about people. We care deeply about the safety and wellbeing of our employees. Thus, our sustainability ambition is built around three long-term commitments: Planet Care, being a Partner of Choice and being a Responsible Employer. Together, these represent the scale and ambition of what we want to be as a company and how we wish to operate.

Our targets

What is more, we are constantly challenging the limits of what can be achieved in terms of our sustainability targets. Only one year after announcing our first targets for 2030, we have now raised our sustainability ambitions significantly. This includes a sharper reduction in CO2 emissions, markedly raising the share of renewable energy we use, and boosting the range of circular products in our offering.

These ambitious goals are supported by a management system and governance to ensure our company objectives are met in the three dimensions of people, planet, and performance.

Our key pillars and partners

Transparent reporting

Our 2021 sustainability report

In July 2022, we published our first sustainability report. This report is the first of its kind for DOMO and reflects on the many changes that we have introduced over the past two years.
Sustainable polyamide solutions

Partner of Choice

By moving towards a sustainable solutions portfolio, we can offer our customers an ever-greater range of recycled and carefully engineered products and applications that can help them to reduce their own emissions, without compromising on performance.
Ambitious CO2 reduction

Planet care

Our commitment to Planet Care means that we want to play our part in helping to address the serious and complex challenges facing our environment, and become a key contributor to resolving the climate crisis.
Great place to work

Employer of choice

Being a Responsible Employer means we are committed to becoming an ‘employer of choice’ and creating valuable relations with all our stakeholders. We want to be an attractive company and a great place to work for all our employees and contractors.
DOMO Beyond

Our Governance

DOMO Beyond is our sustainability management system. This is part of our corporate strategy, outlining our ambition and sustainable development approach as well as our system of sustainability governance.
Partners

Our partnership with Circularise

Our determination to use collaboration and cutting-edge technology to promote change has led to a shared initiative with Covestro, a major supplier of high-tech polymers, and Circularise, an innovative transparency start-up.
EcoVadis

EcoVadis Awards Silver Sustainability Rating

In recognition of our sustainability achievements, DOMO was awarded a Silver EcoVadis Medal from the world's leading provider of corporate sustainability ratings, placing DOMO in the top quartile of companies evaluated. EcoVadis is one of the most respected and important corporate sustainability assessment providers in the world. The survey closely examines sustainability initiatives in four categories: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. For all criteria considered, EcoVadis requires detailed documentation and evidence. The EcoVadis label thus creates transparency across all supply chains and across all continents, with suppliers voluntarily submitting to an audit and continuous improvement and education.
